Three Cases of the Ovarian Pregnancy

Abstract
|
|
|
Ovarian pregnancy is rare type of the ectopic pregnancy.
To diagnosis a primary ovarian pregnancy, Spiegelberg1s3) four criteria must be met;
1. The fallopian tube is normal and separate from the ovary.
2. The conceptus is in the normal anatomic location of the ovary.
3. The conceptus is connected to the uterus by the ovarian ligament.
4. Definite ovarian tissue is histologically demonstrated with placental tissue.
Three cases of the ovarian pregnancy are reported with a brief review of literatures.
